Quip Bot Pro 30-day refund promise.
When Quip Bot Pro checkout opens, its $200 annual purchase will be refundable when requested within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. Current Stripe checkout remains sandbox-only and cannot create a live charge.
How to request a refund
Email maxtymosh@norml.studio from the address used at checkout. Include the purchase email and say that you are requesting a Quip Bot Pro refund.
What happens next
Approved live refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A full refund ends the related Quip Bot Pro entitlement; it does not disable functionality included in Quip Bot's free-forever WordPress.org core.
Renewals and cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from the Stripe billing portal in your Quip Bot account. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
